Adding new user to Approval procedure

Hi All,

We have an approval procedure setup where approval is required to add a sales order for specified business partners. I am trying to add 2 new users to the approval template but cannot update getting the error 'No ratio has been defined (Message 3621-7)'

Why am I getting this error and am not able to update?
