How to map Customer in to Table : CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO

Can any one suggest how map BP in to Table : CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO.

BP exist in both the systems CRM as well as ECC but while we check above said table it is not existing BP over there.

Plz suggest how to map bp in to this table.
