You can get segment level data in WE02 itself. There is a button on the list of IDOCs as 'List Specific Segments' on header toolbar. PFA the screenshot of the button.

BTW, I use txn IDOC for comparing segments. The Transaction code IDOC can be used to download the IDOC data in an excel format & its relatively easy to compare data in excel.
