Adding payment terms description in the workflow outlook mail

Dear Experts,

Normally we manage minor workflow issues without workflow consultant like deleting the workitems through SWWL and manual work item movements through SWUS and all.

 

I have changed the descriptions in SWDD by selecting the user decision by clicking on the navigation area it is working fine and getting fetched into the outlook mail. But when I am selecting the expressions by clicking on the insert expression icon the details related to that expression are not getting fetched into the mail.

 

EG : &CONTENT##& - This expression is available in the description of the Release purchase order event and the complete required details of the  Purchase order are getting fetched into the outlook mail when ever the purchase order is created. The same expression I have added in the event of reminder mail to release authority but the Purchase Order details are not getting fetched in to the out look mail when ever the reminder mail is triggered.

 

Additionally my requirement is to add the description of payment terms in expressions. As of now only  payment term master data key is available in the expression &CONTENT##&. Expression &ERNAM& (Po creator name) is also available but it is not getting fetched into the mail body.

 

I am a functional consultant but not a workflow or a ABAP consultant. If required I can provide you the additional details with screen shots.

 

please guide me how to overcome the above said issues.
