Thanks for your reply. When I tried to execute the tcode that you gave by giving 'X' in the P&L Account statement type, the result is showing only P&L G/L accounts...but we have to manually calculate the balances of revenue and expense G/L to calculate the total expense and revenue ryt? Is there any other way we can directly get the total expense and revenue for a particular period.?
