In a Visual composer Model, Is it possible to read the application parameter defined in the Portal Iview properties (related to the VC Model) ?
In detail, I am creating a VC Model with document type as an input parameter (read only, no user input allowed). Separate iViews & menu options are created in portal based on the same VC Model with an application parameter -> document type.. As soon as I click on the menu option (for the iview) in portal, document type in VC model need to be populated from the application parameter defined in Portal iView.
I had seen few discussions in SCN, which read the URL of application. Those soulations work only with URL iViews. But in this case, the iView is created based on the Webdynpro Java component of the VC model.
Please let me know, whether this requirement is possible in Visual composer. I am working with Visual composer for Netweaver 7.3 SP09.
