The application in that document is the Organizational Chart Visualization in MSS from EhP5, which is produced by Nakisa for SAP. It is not designed to show the entire org structure. If you want the entire org structure then your client should purchase licenses for SAP Organizational Visualization by Nakisa (SOVN) OrgChart or build a custom application. It can leverage HR-OCI to retrieve the structure.
