yes Reoder point can be linked to scheduling agreement.
For understanding you can use below example:
1 .You need to have a scheduling agreement created for the material and vendor combination
2. In material master , you need to maintain manual reorder point "VB" say value - 500 with lot size say 1000.
3. sourcelist needs to be updated with scheduling agreement = outline agreement with item number, Porg and vendor and also with usage "2 -Record relevant to MRP. Sched. lines generated automatically".
4. addtital check in material master , procurement type F
Result: Schedule line will get generated automatically for Scheduling agreement for 1000
You can further use Quota arrangment if required.
